Here is my list for live band music events going on around the Burlington Ontario area for the week of June 22 nd to June 28 th. Monday Roddy Mo invites all local acoustic players and singers to show their stuff at the Uptown Bar and Grill Acoustic Jam Night. Tuesday at Burlington Performing Arts Center there is Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance which is a showcase for Burlingtons talented seniors. The name says it all, These ladies put on quite the show, definitely worth checking out ! The first of the local Ribfest's gets going with the Waterdown Ribfest on from Thursday through Sunday. Plenty of great bands to go check out every night like The Lakeshore Boys, Burlingtons own Hayley Verrall, The insanely good Freedom Train and The Practically Hip finishing it all off on the weekend. Also on Thursday Burlingtons own Steely Dan tribute band Pretzel Logic head off to their gig at Drums and Flats in Toronto. The big city loves them.
